We aren't a big agency. We're a small team of specialists from Prague who stand behind every recommendation personally. To us, cybersecurity isn't a product you install — it's a way of thinking that runs through the whole organisation from day one.

CypherOn was founded on a simple conviction: cybersecurity deserves an approach that actually helps companies — not one that merely names the problem in a 200-page report that ends up in a drawer. The big players work with anonymous teams, generic templates, and zero accountability for whether anything actually changes. We try to do it differently — concretely, locally, and accountable for the outcome.
We work as an extension of our clients' in-house team. You know us by name, we call you back, and we stay by your side until the problem is actually solved — not just logged in a ticket. Instead of long methodology exercises we look for what works for you specifically: from architecture and processes to training the people who do security every day.
We specialise in the CZ/SK market but our reach extends across Central Europe. Local legislation, local language, global know-how — because ZKB, NIS2, and DORA need someone who understands both the legal text and the reality of a mid-sized Czech company. Without bending to generic templates from another market.

We say what we think — even when the client doesn't want to hear it. No sugar-coated reports, no hidden dependencies. Our recommendations are always independent and in the client's best interest.
Security threats don't wait for a schedule. We respond fast, communicate clearly, and never leave a client in the dark. Every step gets explained in plain language, not technical jargon.

Waldemar Kučera founds CypherOn with a clear vision: to offer the CZ/SK market security consulting with a personal approach and full ownership of outcomes.
2025
We deliver our first comprehensive Security Assessment for a mid-size manufacturing company. The result: dozens of identified vulnerabilities, several of them critical. The client continues to work with us.
2026
We grow with additional specialists. Every new team member brings a concrete specialisation and field experience — no head-count filler.
2026
We expand the portfolio with offensive security testing and become one of the few specialists in CZ/SK offering services for the new Cybersecurity Act and DORA — end-to-end, without a big consultancy.

We pass 12 completed projects across sectors. 100% client retention on repeat engagements.
